We have been receiving a very low number of voicemails from people while they are waiting in queue. I'm trying to figure out how a customer can get to a voicemail box for a queue, that shouldn't have a voicemail at all. When the voicemail is left, a email is sent with the recording to all members of the queue.

Our route to "Destination if no route" is set to end call.

System info:
V 16.0.5.612
Windows Server 2019

Pressing * while waiting in queue will get you to the queue's Destination if no answer, which if it's set up as you say, should be to terminate the call. Can you post a pic of your queue settings?

Has something accidentally forward voicemails to 1912, instead of another mailbox.

You probably need to look at the activity log to trace the route of the call when you next receive an email to 1912

You speak about Queue Voicemail , but it seems your screen copy comes from IVR , so probably an IVR is catching incoming traffic before your Q
