Solved Receptionist View window size

I have an odd issue with one user who has two screens. Whenever he starts 3CX, the Receptionist View occupies the main screen when it was left on the extension screen. On attempting to drag it accross, the window width of receptionist view appears to be wide enough to occupy both screens, and taller than either screen. So I'm in his office every morning having to resize and reposition his 3cx windows so he can start work.

Anyone else tun in to anything similar?

I've had it where the main window starts on one screen and receptionist view in the other. However I just drag either window over and it is fine. You're saying when he drags it, it changes size?

Ok, we can close this - problem found (embarrassingly). One monitor is a 2K monitor and the other .. isn't.. It creates merry hell with the window sizes - to put it mildly
