Good morning,
With the recently mandated upgrades to V20, which we put off for as long as possible (all of our clients are running Windows Server instances), we now have receptionists who are unable to see the ring groups. They used to transfer calls to these groups on a daily basis by searching the address book for their associated name and then putting callers through.
I am still learning my way around V20, but I have looked at all the obvious scenarios (ie. Ensuring that system extensions are not hidden from the company phonebook, that the receptionist's extensions can view all departments, etc), but I am clearly missing something. If I had more time to scour the forums, I might find the answer, but as it stands, none of the threads I have come across have helped, and our receptionists (and support teams) are becoming rather irate.
Please could someone point me in the right direction?
