can someone recommend me to a similar sip trunk provider like voip.ms? I really liked voip.ms but for some reason its been flaky lately and it stopped all my incoming call. the only way to fix this was to change the sip info to something else then change it back again. Anyway. I just really need an alternate sip trunk provider to test it out.

Thank you

My favorite provider is me, but I may be slightly biased.

But my unbiased recommendation would be to setup a trial with any provider on the list you might be interested in moving to, and setup a trunk. If voip.ms allows failover when forward calls to the new provider when they can't deliver them to you. Then if/when the issue happens again, one of two things would happen:

- Neither trunk works which points to some sort of environmental/connectivity issue
- The new trunk works and you know it's voip.ms and can then port your numbers over.

thank you.. after doing some more investigation. seem like alot of people have good success with Telnyx and flowroute. i'll give them a try and see if the problem still happen.

If it happen then i can compare it to the siptrunk of flowroute and telnyx . if those didn't stoppped working. then i know something to do with voip.ms So if that is the case I'll be moving all my siptrunk over to telynx. thank you

I have had great experiences with Telnyx. Not so much with Flowroute. While I'm currently contractually bound to an unsupported SIP provider-- I use Telnyx as my backup and for the Hosted SMS, which was super fast and easy to deploy. I think you're plan for trying each of them is the best way to go. Find the solution with the feature set you are most comfortable with, and test out their support. ;-) When things work great, support doesn't matter. But when things are bad and unsolvable, having excellent support and great response times can make all the difference.
