I am currently on version 18.0 Update 6, and the system is only giving me the option to upgrade to Update 7. Do you have any recommendations on how to proceed with this update? Should I go ahead and upgrade to 7 and wait for my Windows softphone client to update, or should I quickly upgrade to Update 8.
