Recommended local or hosted SMTP server?

One of the things that 3CX is missing vs. FreePBX is a native integrated SMTP server.
Any recommendations for something installed locally or a hosted solution?

Windows Server has SMTP.. can openly relay based on PBX's address. I chose that for a client using Exchange Online, chose to adjust the SPF instead of forcing flow to Microsoft.. wasn't necessary to deliver mail for their domain, for their PBX stuff.

Other installs are on Windows 7.. haven't found anything suitable.. and have done authenticated SMTP there, sadly.

I also didn't try "that" hard.
