I’m wondering what others recommend to their clients as the best method/process for scheduling conference calls. I realize the flexibility of having multiple methods is a strength for 3CX but because the behavior is not consistent between methods it confuses users. Since there are so many combinations lets narrow the scope to the following environment since it is the most common that I see.
3CX Mail Servers
Office 365
Outlook and 365 WebMail clients
If you create the schedule with the 3CX Windows client then changes to the event can’t be made in Outlook but can be made back in the 3CX Windows client. I’m okay with this method, but users complain they can’t do the update in Outlook.
If you create the schedule with the 3CX Web Client w/Office365 then it appears you can make changes in Outlook, but the actual 3CX schedule does not reflect the changes.
Just curious what others are doing.
