Reconnecting Media...

Hello all,

we are experiencing "Reconnecting Media.." today. The WebMeeting was working fine in last two weeks and there was no configuration change on our 3CX installation during the weekend.

Do you have the same issue?

We are also experiencing the same "Reconnecting Media..." issue. I've tried from three different 3CX instances in different clients and the result is the same.

In our case one WebMeeting started working after 9:10 AM CET.

No recent changes to our PBX.

Changed our "MCU Server (Select closest) " from Germany to France, now its working again.

Apologies for this we found an issue which was promptly resolved. If you are still getting this please let me know what server you're connecting to exactly and we'll take a look.

Tengo el mismo problema "Reconectando medios ..
Estaba con una configuración Webmeeting MCU de forma automática. Lo cambié recientemente al servidor de Brasil (Sao Paulo). Es el que queda más cerca de Chile por lo que pude ver. El problema se ocasionó al tratar de realizar una reunión web con 40 participantes ... es la primera vez que ocurre algo como esto y aún no tengo la certeza de que pudo haber pasado.
Agradezco cualquier comentario... todos son de ayuda

Hi JohnS_3CX I am connecting to South Africa(af004-cpt.3cx.net). We are experiencing this issue of media reconnecting currently.

If we connect to the France server we are fine but that obviously adds in a lot of latency.

Depending on server load, you may be redirected to another MCU anyway, but we will take a look
