Record a new announcement using hardphone instead of web client

With update 18.6, it has become possible for our users to record their own announcements when the office is closed. Now it's only possible to record the message using the microphone in the PC which runs the webclient/app. It would be nice if it's possible for the user to use their hardphone. We use a lot of thinclients, which don't have microphones in them.
