Implemented Record greeting for digital receptionist from IP Phone (v20)

In v18, you are able to record a new prompt for a digital receptionist from an attached IP Phone via a prompt in the management console



In v20 you can only do so from the computer microphone.


This request is to restore the ability from v18 to choose an IP Phone for recording.
