"Hello, I updated 3CX from version 18 on Debian by creating a full backup and then restoring it on a new VM running version 20 on Debian. After completing the update, I noticed that the old recordings are visible, but the new recordings are not appearing in the recordings tab. However, I can find the new recordings physically present in the file location when I access it via FTP. The same issue is happening with the reports—they are not being displayed.
