Solved Record / Save facebook messages

I have configured 3CX to integrate with Facebook so may i know if i am able to record/save facebook messages by 3CX same like call records.

Hi @siscom,

You can indeed export the chat logs from the Dashboard >> Chat Logs.



Then choosing Export:

Thx for your replay . I have tried it and i can export the file and open it successfully.

I have another issue . The communication with our clients in Arabic language so when exporting the file , The messages are not correctly viewed in Arabic language but in not understandable language.

So do you have any idea how i can solve this issue ?
