Recording calls when redirect?

I have issue, I need some software like telephone exchange or something like this, which wil be able redirect calls to other phones (mobile phones or classic phones), but record calls at the same time. Is there any way? Thanks.

today it's not possible but you can ssuggest this on request featre, it's good idea.
