Recording on demand from within call - via dial code?

Does anyone know if it's possible for a user (of a real phone, not softphone) to tell the PBX to record a call once it's in progress - for example by entering a dial code?

We used FreePBX previously and dialling **1 or something like it would start recording from within the call. I can't seem to find a similar option or any mention of in-call recording around 3CX.

Not possible from a deskphone, eventually from 3CX client in CTI mode.
From switchboard (in a 3CX softphone) you can also record calls on demand, if you have necessary rights.
