Hi,

This is more of a request for future updates but since I did not have privilege to post in the "Ideas" forum just posting it here instead.

Is matching the recording timestamps to the server time going to be a possibility in the near future? We are based in Australia, the server is set to local time but since the recorded calls timestamps are in different format it is hard to see what time the call was made just by looking at the recordings. We are closed on Sundays but there are some calls for Sunday for 10 or 11 pm every week due to the different timestamp. Also, our working hours are till 5 but since the calls are tagged with a different timezone, it is hard to know when the calls ended or started by just looking at the recordings. If we had the option of tagging the recordings with the correct date, that would be really helpful.

One of the older phone systems we used had a feature of archiving the recordings based on date. So it would create a folder for a day, archive all the recordings there, create another folder for the next day and so on. At the start of next month, it would group all the days into a month folder and at the end of December, it would group them into a year folder. We normally lookup the recordings using phone number and date of the call. With this format, we had the ease of just looking in the folder for particular day to retrieve the recording. And we could also just check the folder to see how many calls were made on that day. The downside to this was it would store all the agents' recordings into the same folder for the day so we could not really search via the agent. For us, it would be a good feature to be able to archive the recordings in separate folder for each date.

Thank you
