Solved recover prompts from backup

Hi, my system restored from a backup where it was not selected to backup prompts.
Is there a way to recover the prompts from another older backup where it were included without restoring to that point?

Should be able to restore the old one first and then the newer one over that or just open the zip file and extract the prompts and put them in the correct folder.
