Red X for Texting on certain numbers

Has anyone experienced not being able to text either a certain number?

We use Telnyx for our SMS and there are no issues with practically any number. However one instance was updated to V20 and theres issues. I cannot text a Google Voice number but i ahve tried other google numbers and there are no issues.

On another instance we have 1 number that we can receive the inbound but cannot send an outbound. It gives us a red X

Have you reached out to Telnyx? They should be able to trace the messages in their system and further upstream, as the rejection could be happening at any point up to the receiving phone itself.
