Hi,
We are using a self-hosted 3CX and we have a service with 5 international phone numbers provided by our SIP Trunk Provider (A1 from Bulgaria).
These 5 numbers are redirected by the SIP Trunk Provider (internally by the provider) to 1 number that is configured as a Main SIP Trunk Number in our 3CX.
We have configured Inbound Rules in the 3CX Main Trunk Number, to redirect the calls to an external number to a Call Center (in outside working hours).
The case is, when someone is calling any of these 5 numbers, the call must be redirected to the Call Center and they (the call center) must see the originally dialed number (one of the 5 numbers), but instead they see the call coming from the Main SIP Trunk Number.
In addition, the SIP Trunk Provider says that they are sending the necessary SIP protocol data in the headers to our 3CX.
How and where we can configure and test this scenario on our 3CX?
Regards
