Hi,

We are using a self-hosted 3CX and we have a service with 5 international phone numbers provided by our SIP Trunk Provider (A1 from Bulgaria).
These 5 numbers are redirected by the SIP Trunk Provider (internally by the provider) to 1 number that is configured as a Main SIP Trunk Number in our 3CX.
We have configured Inbound Rules in the 3CX Main Trunk Number, to redirect the calls to an external number to a Call Center (in outside working hours).

The case is, when someone is calling any of these 5 numbers, the call must be redirected to the Call Center and they (the call center) must see the originally dialed number (one of the 5 numbers), but instead they see the call coming from the Main SIP Trunk Number.
In addition, the SIP Trunk Provider says that they are sending the necessary SIP protocol data in the headers to our 3CX.
How and where we can configure and test this scenario on our 3CX?

Regards

So, if I understand correctly, you are trying to send the DID number out, over the new trunk as the caller ID. If this is even possible, it wold be done in the outbound trunk parameters. It would involve taking the number in the field used to send you the DID information, and then have the trunk send that information out in the field that you outbound provider expects to see caller ID.

While there are a number of options for where Caller ID is taken, I can't recall the DID number being one of them.
You may be able to send a "custom" number by routing the call to an extension that has the DID number set as the outside caller ID, and is then set to forward the call. The outbound trunk parameters would have to allow the extensions number to be sent. Any changes made will affect other calls over that trunk as well.

Of course, your provider must allow this.

Someone else may have some suggestions.

The only way I can think of that you can do this if from the providers portal. You can set the forwarding there for after hours and have the provider forward the calls to the Call Center.
Even if the provider was sending the dialed numbers to the PBX and not forwarding all numbers to 1 I cannot think of a way to forward the dialed number outside.
