Reducing server costs

HI All, It's me again.
Today I am running latest version 8SC Pro based on windows in a High performance cloud server with unlimited bandwidth and a 500Mbits full duplex link that cost me around $70/month.

As far as I investigate, I can run the same system with the same quality in a $5.00/month debian from 1and1 .

Is this correct or is my assumption, based on my investigation, wrong?

I used to run the system on a 1and1 server and I never got quality problems however Before knowing about the v14 tunnel issue, I replaced it thinking it would solve the connectivity problem.

What's your suggestion? Nowadays I have around 30 extensions mixed phones and 3cx softphone.

Did you switch to 1and1 and if you don't mind me asking what did it end up costing?
