Reformat incoming based on called ID

Hi everyone,

We have 1 trunk with 20 DID on V20
Is it possible to reformat the incoming not based on CID but on DID?
or perhaps based on queue.

I don't fear go back to V18 if it's doable on this previous version.

Main purpose is the "call back from history" feature with the right OUTBOUND ID (prepend 0 for BtoB or 2 for BtoC).
