Reformat Outgoing Caller

If I want to make a call to, for example, +31(0)123456789.
3CX must dial +31123456789
(+31(0)123456789 -> +31123456789)

What is the proper way to set this up?

You can do this in your outbound rules (replace +310 with +31), or configure E164 number processing.
