We have a large block of DIDs. On the initial setup, we mapped each DID to it's extension. Then forwarded unused extensions to the operator. Now we would like to remove the unused extensions and simply assign the DIDs to the operator.
I went through and deleted the 'Unassigned Extensions' and then went to add the DIDs to the operator extension, but they didn't show up. I went into the Inbound Rules and saw that the DIDs/Rules never refreshed. If I go to edit 1 itll refresh and goto End Call instead of the now deleted extension.
Is there an easy way to mass refresh this list? I don't envy having to go into 700ish rules to do this.
