regarding voice mail retrival issue with ata in scenario

i have 3cx pbx running on machine 192.168.1.183. while i connected my anlogue phone to fxs port of matrix setuata2s. there are total 4 extension .2 are on ata'a fxs port & 2 on PC's .i can retrive voicemail from softphone but not from anlogue phone connected to my ata.after dialling 999 from analogue phone prompt does ask me to enter ID & extension number but not give me access to voice-mail.My server log says call is terminated

hi ,
i have found the solution that on my ata i was using outband dtmf plan which i changed to inband & on 3cx softphone i make use of PCMA(previously it was PCMU)CODEC.now with this setting i was able retrive my voice-mail
