register extension off site Grand Stream 3175

Hello,

We are trying to register an extension on a remote office using the Grand Stream 3175 phone. We were able to register a Yearlink T 28 P.

The Grand Stream Firmware got updated to 1.0.3.X. The 3cx version is is 10.0.24018.2322 running on windows 2008 32 bit ,
I am able to call from the Yearlink T 28 off-site to the Grand Stream 3175 phones on-site with Audio only calls. I can send a call from the Grand Stream 3175 off-site to the Grand Stream 3175 the local LAN, but I cannot get audio nor video. I cannot call from the on-site Grand Stream 3175 phone to the off-site Yearlink t 28 but I get no audio.

The off site setting (Juniper ssg 20, sip alg off one static IP) using stun.3cx.com. When both Grand Stream phones are on site they both work perfectly. Local Lan internet connection 100Mbps off-site office 10 Mbps

We have both phones with the 1.0.1.X firmware and the new firmware 1.0.3.x working correctly in the LAN. If I take the 1.0.1.X to the off-site office to the firmware 1.0.3.X the audio goes thru. If I take the new firmware 1.0.3.X it registers and it take the calls but no audio and no video.
