Register Failed, Service unavailable

My App is no longer working few days ago. no changes were done in our end. All of our physical phones ( T42s) are working fine. Firewall check is ok. Tried to re provision the App, but still having the issue.

our users are reporting the same issues on Android and IOS. we are currently running 16.0.1.273.

Any help would be appreciated

where is your 3CX hosted, local? Cloud ? debian? windows? Pi?
Do you have set a firebase account for android push?

Remote phones (desktop?) are STUN? SBC?

hosted on a local windows machine. and the remote desktop phones ( STUN) stopped working. currently showing no service. the app on both Android and iPhone stopped working too.

since this has occured did you check if 3cx firewall passes?

for stun phones are they from same alone remote site? something change on settings remote router?

what's your brand and model router?
