Registering Extensions/Users?

two similar questions dealing with, "How do I get an extension/User to show up as registered?"

1. They have set up 3CX on their Android phone and can make calls from it.
They have PWA on their computer and can make calls from it.
They can make calls from their web browser.
No one else on the team can call them, it goes straight to voice mail.
It appears as "Not registered".

2. Is there a way to get an office extension that is a PWA only registered?

To answer the first question, I simply had them go to settings in their android app and click, "Re-provision". They are working now.

As to the second question I am not sure what to do. Is there a way to register a PWA only extension?

Hello LOG.JEST,

If the calls do not 'ring' if connected with the browser, than the notifications are not accepted (switched on).
Please Click on the Bell, and accept the notifications.
