Registration at siptrunk has failed. Destination (sip:xx.xx.xx.xx:5060; transport=TCP;lr) is not reachable, DNS erro resolving FQDN, or service is not available.

I am setting up access4 sip trunks on 3cx hosted. I have done this many other times and it has worked every time without a hitch.
However, this time no matter I do it will not register.
Access4 (sip trunk provider) is saying that they are not even seeing registration attempt from their end.

any trouble shooting ideas would be greatly appreciated.

@sergen please start wireshark on the PBX side, on Activity Log, then open another tab, refresh registration of yoru SIP Trunk and then stop the capture, download it, open it and filter with your Provider 's ip address.
Do you see the Registration attempts from the PBX side going towards the IP of your Provider ?

I don't see the sip provider ip address in the wireshark trace

Hi Team, This has been resolved. The issue was the 3cx public ip address was blocked by the siptrunk provider.
as soon as the white listed the ip address we have successful siptrunk registration.
