registration phone

how do i pass to registrate an phone in 3cx. i did the provisioning but it doesn't work.

You will need to provide additional information.

Is this a local set, or remote?

Have you had a look at the 3Cx logs to see if there is any sign of a registration attempt, but perhaps it was rejected?
