registration yellow no outcoing calls, please help

Hi,
I'm running 3xc pbv on my router PC and the 3cx android phoen ap on my smart phone.
and when I'm connecting from the internet I always get a yellow registration.
Same problem when going through my router's VPn into my LAN.

in the home WiFi it seams to work.

what am I doing wring?

yellow registration means the color indicator at the top of the android desktop is needer read nor green but yellow, and this seam to result in being able to recive calls but being unable to place outgoing calls
