I have a discontinuous numbering plan and would like a way to create outbound rules that summarize the dial pattern

What are you trying to accomplish?

I have a service provider that has numbers starting with for example 63.... , 65..... 6[7-8]..... and another with 62....., 66....... I would like to have rules that summarise as the users are using codes and this means if i were to create individual rules there would be many and difficult to manage

can we add on prefixes something like 63, 65 on one outgoing rule

I guess I'm confused...

Lets say the user is trying to dial the telephone number:

111-111-1111

The SIP provider requires you to dial 621111111111 to make that call?
Or 631111111111, or 651111111111, etc?

Then make an outbound rule that has:

Total digits: 14
Strip first 2 digits

Yes, you'll have to make a rule per "62" or "65" code, but how many codes do you have already?

Ok thanks for responding let me try again
i have user codes first so all the calls for an extension are prefixed with the user code.
then say i have 2 providers and provider A has prefixes to their numbers 63 and 65 and provider B has 64 and 66. so can i have one rule for provider A and one rule for provider B for that user or i need to have 4 rules for each prefix.

I would have like to combine the prefixes for provider A in one rule and B in another.
Overally i would need to have the same rules for each user because each user has a different calling code.

Where are the user codes being enforced? At the provider level or at the 3CX level?

user codes at 3CX level
