regular expressions on trunk configuration

I need to change the
<field name="ParameterOut" custom="" parameter="FromDisplayName">$OutboundCallerId</field>
where the $OutboundCalledId would require to have the +31 removed. is this possible with a regular expression.
in this way my configuration would be nice and clean.

You can caller ID reformating to achieve this.
