RELEASE FQDN

Hello,

I have a 3CX server and i want to change the FQDN but i doesn't find where to release the OLD FQDN from the licence key. Can somebody help

Hi @dcorazon, please note that the FQDN is set during the installation process only.

In order to change the FQDN you will need to do the following:

• Take a backup without the license key information and fqdn
• Uninstall the pbx
• Access to the user portal with the email that was used to register the subscription
• Go to my systems --- edit the subscription --- from there you can release the fqdn
• Once done you can install again, enter the subscription and you will be able to set a new fqdn
