Release schedule for new phone firmwares?

How do you guys at 3cx plan releasing new phone firmwares?
For example we use the Grandstream GXP2130 phones and the firmware available at Grandstream is 1.0.9.102 (2018-06-21) and in 3cx we are at 1.0.9.71.
Releases according to release notes
1.0.9.102 - 2018-06-21
1.0.9.96 - 2018-04-25
1.0.9.71 - Not mentioned in release notes, beta firmware?
1.0.9.69 - 2018-03-08

Can anyone answer this?
Or is there a way to deploy new firmware to 3cx instance manualy?
