Reload 3cx config after manual update to postgres DB

My goal is to modify a trunk's properties without access to the web interface.
Digging in 3cx postgres file i found what i need to modify but after manual modification, 3cx still mantain the original configuration.
I think the web admin pages call a "refresh" of config after db update asking 3cx to reload from db.
How can i force a refresh of config after a manual update of the DB ?
A command line or any other method is acceptable.

Thanks for your answer.
Sadly the script reboot the server after update.
I'm looking for something like "3cxservice reload" in unix way to reload config from postregs db.
Looking at systemd services on the linux installation, there is no reload method for the 3cx services
