Remember softphone position on 2nd monitor?

Is there any way to force the softphone app to open on a 2nd monitor (ie. remember window position after exit/reboot)?

If I move the app to the 2nd monitor (Windows 10) and exit it, or reboot, it starts up again in the middle of the primary monitor. The standard "trick" to force an app to remember it's position (holding CTRL and hitting "X" in top right) doesn't work.

For stuff like this I've always used Ultraview, its a 3rd party tool to manage multiple screens and windows.
