We have remote employees who are in Remote Desktop all day. We tried using the Windows Client on the remote session (using headset) but the connection wasn't great (dropped calls, or call dropping in and out). So now I installed the Windows client on their computer (not remote session) to see if that works better. I have the client set up to focus on a new call which will bring the program on top of the remote session. However, when the employee then has to work, the client is hidden. Is there a way to have the client always on top? Or is there a different setup I should be using with the remote employees? Thanks in advance!
