Solved remote dial in to access voicemail

I cannot find any document on setting this up. How do I dial the main number and in my Auto Attendant I add in press 9 to access the voicemail. And it'll prompt me to enter what extension my mailbox and my password?

How do I do this?

Add to your ivr, 9 to dial your voicemail system (which is normally 666). You can find the number Settings->General->Voice Mail Menu Extension Number

Then you enter the mailbox number (extension number) and voicemail pin. You get the PIN number under voicemail settings for the extension

On the IVR prompt I would not include the option to dial 9 - just give this out to your staff

I'm using the digital receoptionist. I select Key 9. the only option i see is send to voviemail. and I cannot enter 666 all I can do is select from all the voicemail avaiable.

Cam I missing something here?

I would also disable outgoing calls from the voicemail menu

Settings - General Settings - Enable Outgoing calls in Voicemail Menu
