So I have a site that is locally hosted on an Intel Nuc W10 for the last 5+ years. Everything has worked fine but for some strange reason I am not able to access the management console via my MBP. At first I thought it was because was was sitting on the actual network and have run into you can't go out to come back in. So I connected to my hotspot and same results. Tried it on both Safari and Chrome as well as Incognito but no luck on the Mac side. If I go to my virtual Windows side, I can access the management site no problem. If I TeamViewer into the Intel NUC computer and try to access the management console via the 127.0.0.1:5001 or via the dynamic host name I can get to the site. If I open up a terminal prompt and do an NSLookup it replies back with the proper public IP. If I try to ping the dynamic hostname it comes back with 0 issues. Checked to make sure the IP isn't blocked. Changed my computer IP address. Rebooted and not matter what, for some strange reason, the Mac side won't connect to the management but every other attempt does connect.

What am I missing.

Thanks,

Pat

So after digging some more and giving up yesterday, it appears IPV6 was the issue. Now able to access the site both locally and remotely via the Mac side, as well as Windows virtual and TeamViewer.
