I have a phone that I am manually adding to 3cx. I have tried putting in the SIP proxy and SIP server as the public SIP address that I have in 3cx but it continuously comes back with invalid username or password when I copy and paste the auth ID and Auth username in their fields of the phone UI. I also tried pointing the phone directly at the local IP address of the SBC and it actually says that I logged in but the phone keeps saying acquiring service. One of the logs in 3cx I had was that its register failed because "BLOCK WAN is ON" and it also blacklisted my IP but I have already went in and allowed it again. I am stuck and just want to see if anyone has any suggestions?
