Remote Presence Incorrect v15SP5

I have bridges to four branch offices. I upgraded to v15SP5 last week.

If I mark my extension in head office as Do Not Disturb it continues showing as available in the branch office.

All branch offices show several head office extensions as Do Not Disturb, but in head office they show as available. In addition to showing as Do Not Disturb in the branches, they show as unregistered (grayed out).

My environment has a combination of deskphones and softphones. All the ones showing as unregistered are softphones.

A re-start of the branch server has fixed an instance of this. Its time zone allowed me to do it.
I'll re-start the other branch servers overnight.

Perhaps SP5 documentation should recommend a server re-start.

Try restarting the rest of the branch offices and let us know if that resolves the issue. You shouldn't have to restart the server after an update since the PBX services restart during the process but perhaps something was stuck in the OS that is causing the issue.
