Hi All,
We are trying to (remotely) provision a number of Fanvil phones (X1SGs) for a client via STUN.
I have successfully created all the users and phones via an imported CSV file, and they all show up in the 'Users' list in the Management Console.
However, the Event Log does not show 3CX contacting Fanvil's Remote Provisioning Server after the upload.
To get 3CX to contact Fanvil's Remote Provisioning Server, I found a workaround which is that if I open each user, then immediately click 'OK' (no edits at all), then check the Event Log, I can see 3CX successfully contacting Fanvil's RPS. Once I have done that, we can then boot the phones, enter the Ext No / Voicemail PIN, and they provision no problem.
In this case, it is annoying, but not the end of the world, as we are only provisioning 16 phones right now, but I am wondering if there is something I can do to have 3CX contact Fanvil's RPS automatically without having to manually click into and out of each user in the Management Console? If we had a large client with, say, hundreds of phones that needed to be remotely provisioned, what should we do?
Thanks,
Alan.
