I dont know if this may make much sense but here it goes,
We have recently implemented 3CX in my work place replacing an old 0x32 analog PBX system. We have the digital receptionist setup for customers to select which department they would like to get on to when they call in and we have our floor sales persons answer the calls. Our showroom is fairly large and our sales persons are wondering if there is any way when they are away from the computer, can they tranfer the calls without walking back to the computer to transfer? Maybe using some sort of mini keyboard and hotkeys to set blf or is there a device that can accomplish this task?
Some are using 3CX Desktop SoftPhone to answer calls and Poly / Plantronics v4310 Bluetooth headsets, and others are using YeaLink WH63 with 3CX Desktop SoftPhone.
