Our website has around 5k pages, is there a way to remove the chat capability from all pages at once and just keep the chat at one specific page?

Hi,

Yes that is possible. Navigate to Settings -> General Settings and enable the Include chat window on the following pages option by adding the ID of the page you want the chat to be enabled on.
