Remove Extension from Status

How can I stop unregistered users from showing up in the status page of Android or IOS app?
I have already Blocked Presence Information and
I have set Do not show extension in 3CX company phonebook
but the user still shows up in Status as not registered

Disable the right "Show presence to group members" under the extension.

Are you looking for Settings/Show Unregistered Extensions? (it's a setting in all clients)
