Remove on hold music

Hi,

It seems there is no way to remove a song from the 5 slots for music on hold. One of the five songs I put there is annoying and I want to remove it. I can't simply remove the file name... I had to replace it with another song.

Anyone experiencing this issue ?

Hi, if want to completely remove it from 3CX, then you can delete the music file from the directory

The location should be at
>> C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\3CX\Data\Ivr\Prompts

This might change if using windows 7 etc
