Solved Remove Picture from profile

I have a bank client that needs to be able to remove the users profile pictures. Can they do this without logging in as the user? If not, how would they do this without knowing the users password?

I just found if you go into admin the users and click on the dots for the user you can choose impersonate user. Nice feature.
