Remove Play column from reports!

A customer of mine wants to remove the play column in the generated html and csv reports. What is the way to remove the play column in the reports? I did some research but couldn't find any information.

Isn't it really possible? Or is it difficult to deal with this in the background? My customer is currently in the test version and we have agreed on everything, but if we cannot do this, he may give up purchasing the system. Since the customer works in the financial sector, he is very strict about the confidentiality of data.

You may be right, but I'm sorry that our customer cannot use applications running outside the company due to Turkish Regulation rules.

What is the point of giving access to the recordings page but not allowing them to listen to the recording?

The daily reports created will be sent to a user in the human resources department, but only recordings are required in this report, voice recordings are not required to be listened to.

Why not just send a list of the daily calls then? Since they are not allowed to hear the recordings?
Other option is to lock down file access to the recordings, so the link is there but it wont work
