Hi,


I´ve configure a epygi gateway isdn. When a call is in, at the cisco phone I can see pstn-0NUMBER.How to remove pstn-0 and only see the external number?

You are saying that your gateway is adding the word "pstn-0" before the number? If that is the case, then, there may be an option to make use of the name display field (where a callers name is sent along with a number , from the PSTN provider. Not used much outside of North America) to send information about which line the incoming call is using. In the Gateway settings there should be somewhere to edit or delete the default information.

Because it is an untested device therefore till now unsupported.
We do not have this device and therefore have never configured it with 3CX.

Therefore your best shot is to forward this question to the gateway support portal. This is leading Zero config. it should be a matter or seconds to explain to you how to remove this.
