We moved from PRI to SIP on the same carrier. I removed the old PRI trunk and re-added it as a SIP trunk since I couldn't change the type. I had to re-enter all of the DIDs associated with the trunk, now they show up twice in the list of DIDs available to extensions. How do I get rid of the old ones? The new ones use a slightly different format, so at least they're easy to identify.

Hello @Morgan Schulz

Please note that since the PRI trunk was deleted all associated DIDs to the trunk should have been removed along with any inbound rules. I would recommend clearing your browsers cache to eliminate the possibility that this could be a display issue and try again.

No they show up on more than just my computer. They're definitely still stored in 3cx. Any idea how to get rid of them? Is there a table or a file I can edit?

Doh!! They somehow got attached to another sip trunk I have in place as a backup. Must have been an error when I imported them.

Glad to see you discovered the issue. If they are attached to a different SIP Trunk you will need to manually delete them
